there are two methods of double wall corrugated pipe connection:  hot melt welding and Electrofusion welding
Hot-melt welding is to heat both ends of the PE corrugated pipe to the specified melting temperature, and then cool it under the specified pressure. Then they will be welded together.

Hot-melt welding machine is a special equipment for heating and welding high-density polyethylene (HDPE). 
The quality of the welding machine directly affects the welding quality, and its performance must meet the requirements of the ISO12176-1 standard. It is mainly composed of pump station, frame, fixture, heating plate, milling cutter and other parts.

The process of hot melt butt welding is divided into three stages: heating section, switching butt section and cooling section; that is to say, each weld must go through the three stages. There are three process parameters of hot melt surfacing: pressure, temperature, time.

Welding temperature is generally 200 ~ 235 ℃. Welding process parameters of PE80 material under normal conditions are 210 ± 10 ℃; PE100 material is 225 ± 10 ℃.
