Because 200 ° C is the upper limit of the processing temperature of wood-plastic composite materials, some resins with melting points exceeding 200C, such as PET, cannot be used in wood-plastic composite materials.
The main wood plastic materials in China are divided into PP PE wood plastic and PVC wood plastic.
Percentage of wood powder
High-filled wood flour has poor dispersion effect in molten thermoplastics, making the melt fluid poor, and extrusion molding processing difficult. 
So generally the wood percentage for PP PE WPC is around 60-70%
and the wood percentage for PVC WPC is around 10-40%.

1, Preparing the material:

wood powder material: 80-100mesh wood powder, it can be made from wood sawdust, rice husk, rice straw, wheat husk and straw, cotton staw and agriculture wastage. machine need is wood crushing and pulverizer machine

plastic material: recycled PP/PE plastic after washing and crushing into flakes. machine need is plastic washing and crushing line.

Mixing: put all the material into the mixing machine, such as PP/PE recycled flakes, wood powder, chemical additivesGranulating: it is important to use a high quality granulating machine to make WPC granules,
